Let’s make a robot that never falls off a desk!

Today, we held a technical training session within the team, mainly for the new members, at the Chiba City Lifelong Learning Center. We took all the measures against COVID-19 during this activity.  Each member made a robot that can move around on a desk without falling from the desk.  The robot making process includes soldering, wiring of a breadboard, assembling a gearbox, and so forth.

I had a hard time assembling and programming the gearbox, but I was able to complete it in the end. Current and new members became good friends with each other through this event. This experience will help me both in making my original robots and in building team robots.
