Today, we put some springs on our hanging mechanism.
Since we needed a lot of power to lift the entire weight, we used 4 powerful springs we got from our sponsor MISUMI. The springs had to be stretched before being mounted, which took quite the work involving 4 people.
The tension on the hanging bit should be enough to lift our robot.
